What about one day course.

For renewal of driving licence of heavy vehicles, one day refresher course certificate is essential.

In as much as the circular no. 43/2007 has been given effect to, the driving school which complies the circular instructions as enshrined in 23/2009 are alone competent to run the school.

In the event, the certificate must be issued by the school which has been authorized by the RTO that the school complies with the relevant provisions of circular instructions are alone competent to issue certificates and others are not.

So at the time of renewal of heavy driving licences,the certificate must be only from authorised schools.
